Own Words is not a one-click paraphraser. It proposes lexical and structural alternatives, marks every automated change, and leaves the decision to you. The final language should be yours, not merely a second machine's version.

Guide my edits is the human half of that workflow. After automatic suggestions, it moves through strategically spaced untouched regions so you can rewrite a word or short phrase yourself. It chooses locations, not language.

Everything happens in this page. There is no account, server-side rewrite, database, or AI API call containing your prose. Text processing is capped at 2,500 words and 20,000 characters per passage.

Rewrite depth measures linguistic re-expression using model-neutral token comparisons. It is descriptive, not a claim to defeat any particular watermark or detector.
